After a lifetime of wanting more and feeling empty, I'm in transition to wanting less and feeling fulfilled.

I'm looking for work that is life-giving instead of mind-numbing and soul-sucking.

I'm moving from a house that is a time and money sinkhole.

My Goals:
My goal is to reach a healthy BMI. I'm aiming to reach 144 by mid-October 2013.

My Program:
I eat 1380-1730 calories per day.

I journal food daily.

I exercise at high
intensity 3 x weekly.
I exercise moderately 3 x weekly.

I eat to 80% full, 90% of the time

80% of my food comes from the perimeter of the grocery store.

I avoid sugary foods and foods with added sugars and artificial sweeteners.

I Do It Anyway. Most of the time.
