My Goals:

Run a half-marathon in 2:11


My Program:
I do cardio exercise 5-6 times each week, and I work out with a trainer each Monday. Soon, I'll be crafting a plan to increase my mileage to prepare for a half-marathon.

Thankyou for the comment on my blog.. It is hard sometimes to actually get up and do it, but once I do I feel great.. To see the numbers go down finally is a great motivater.. :)
