You can do this, I know you can. emoticon If you need help were here for you. My husbands father was a diabetic and we lost him in1999 due to diabetes complications. You are a beautiful woman and deserve to live a long healthy life. And all of us here are going to help you get fit and live a healthier life style. You can also check out Halle Berry on twitter and see what type of diet she follows, she's a diabetic and actually weaned herself off of insulin. Of course it was totally doctor supervised. I'm not suggesting that you do that at all. I just mean, I believe that she controls her sugar levels completely by what she eats. May she can offer up some tips that could help you. I will be praying for your continued success.
