Life's a Journey

So I never really thought that I would be someone to suffer from the freshman 15, but come to find out college life keeps your really busy. Most of the time I'm so busy I don't have time to exercise or even eat right (the food here sucks anyways). I used to be a runner and I played rugby last semester, I miss being in shape. My goal is at the end of the summer to run a 5K. I don't expect to PR but I just want to be able to do it again :]

My Goals:
I really want to get my endurance back, and losing weight wouldn't be bad either

My plan is to work out with my friend Kandi in the mornings and then on the weekend go for longer runs

Personal Information:
I'm 18 and go to Old Dominion University and I'm from Northern Virginia. I'm majoring in Biology with a concentration in Environmental Science and two minors in Environmental Issues and Spanish. I really enjoy running, especially when I'm in shape. I play Rugby, and if you're familiar with the game I'm a tight head prop.

I'm ready for monday's workout... i was very snacky today... but still pretty close to me calorie range just wish i wasn't so snacky ughhh!!!

I'm very glad we went to the gym this morning! And it doesn't matter if you didn't do much... its the fact that you were motivated enough to do something. Every little bit helps and it will encourage you to keep reaching towards your goal when you see progress! Thank you for breakfast :) I will eat tonight at game night but portion control and moderation. No complete restrictions! I know I won't be here tomorrow but maybe try and walk a few laps around the track tomorrow to get up and do something light :)
