I'm very glad we went to the gym this morning! And it doesn't matter if you didn't do much... its the fact that you were motivated enough to do something. Every little bit helps and it will encourage you to keep reaching towards your goal when you see progress! Thank you for breakfast :) I will eat tonight at game night but portion control and moderation. No complete restrictions! I know I won't be here tomorrow but maybe try and walk a few laps around the track tomorrow to get up and do something light :) 1983 days ago
