Hi Everyone.
I'm Leah and I am going to be a college freshman in the fall of 2010. So hopefully I will be able to get my eating habits under control now and won't gain a whole ton of weight while I am at college. I can't say I am completely happy with the way I look now and want to be able to change that so I love the way I am and who I am.

If you want add me as a friend and we can chit-chat about anything and everything... I guess.

In my spare time... who really has that... I like photography and I like to ride my horse Moxie. I am planning on majoring in communications at college and can't wait to go!!!!

I have recently sold my horse, Moxie, and so haven't really been that active for the past week, but I have started to run, which will hopefully keep me in riding shape. Next week I've got orientation and riding team tryouts, so I am super excited for all that. :]

My Goals:
1. Eating healthier, more organic, local, and less fast food
2. Eating is better portion sizes, knowing what I am eating, not just blindly shoving food in my mouth
3. Find fun ways to exercise, and try to do them daily
4. Drink more water, at least one glass a day
5. Feel better about who I am and how I am shaped
6. Be more fit for college equestrian teams
7. Do NOT give up :)
8. Weigh 125 pounds by the time I start college this fall. So By August 27th I will be 125 pounds.


My Program:
I am hoping that this will be a lifestyle change, not a fad diet. I need to eat healthier and mind what I am eating.

June 1: 134.2 pounds
June 9: 134.6 pounds +.4
June 11: 131.6 pounds -3




Personal Information:
I absolutely LOVE horses and can't wait to be on my college riding team. We are required to work out three times a week, so I hope that will help keep the Freshman 15 away. I also love to read and write and would like to start on one of the story ideas I have right now, I just need to start that,
