I hope you are doing great! I have had company this whole week and was a little off on my eating plan BUT I continued with my walking every day. We even went to the beach and walked a couple days and that was even better than walking around the neighborhood.
I'm back on track as of yesterday regarding my exercising and my eating.
Hi there. Today is great! Went for what I thought would be about a 1.5 mi walk but it turned into 2.67. It's all good though. Had half a bacon, egg biscuit and two pieces of cherry pepper and mushroom pizza minus the crust (except for the "wood"). 590 days ago
