I am 56 in Missouri. My goal is to lose 60 lbs and get in better shape. I want to eat healthier and exercise more.
I am a mother of 4 and a grandma to 2.


Vision Statement: I want to feel good about how I look in my clothes and have the strength and energy to work in the vineyard / winery. Also to play with my grandchildren and not get tired.

To achieve this I need to change my habits to a healthy lifestyle and my attitude about myself.

Walking with you in either county would be fun but it won't be anytime soon! DH and I have now walked 8 out of the 114. What a challenge this is!

You look younger now than you did in 2010. You are definitely doing something right!

Hope all is going great for you!

I'm walking 2.5-3 miles EVERY day, doing Dance Revolution for 30+ minutes no less than 3 times a week, and keeping calories less than 1500 (usually around 1400) and my scale has gone up 2 lbs over the past two weeks.

DISCOURAGING! But...I won't give up!

I hope you are doing great! I have had company this whole week and was a little off on my eating plan BUT I continued with my walking every day. We even went to the beach and walked a couple days and that was even better than walking around the neighborhood.

I'm back on track as of yesterday regarding my exercising and my eating.
