My Goals:
I have recently discovered the joy of walking in the early morning (by 6 am). The air is clear and fresh. Sometimes my Yorkie/ Morkie dogs join me. Sometimes I have my MP3 player. Sometimes its just me and the birds singing. When the weather turns cold I move in to the treadmill and the TV playing my recorded programs.
My goal is to walk and grow stronger in body and soul on a daily basis.

My second goal is to remember how blessed I am on a daily basis.

My ultimate weight loss goal is to reach a weight of 130 pounds.

My Program:
My plan is under construction. It is loosely based on Weight Watchers. I keep in mind the glycemic levels of food so focus on consuming foods in as close to their natural state as possible . . . whole grain breads and pasta, fresh whole fruits and veggies, lean protein, few healthier fats, low fat dairy. On occassion I indulge in my vices: peanut butter, ice cream, good chocolate and cream in my cofffee.

I drink 8+ glasses of water. I strive for 30 minutes of exercise every day.

Personal Information:
I live in Ontario, Canada.

My husband and I were married in 1980. We have two sons, one daughter, one daughter in law and two granddaughters. I delight in all of them.

I work full time in work that I love.

If I could play all day I would care for this beautiful earth our creator has gifted us with. My garden is one of my passions. When the cold weather comes I putter in my hobby greenhouse and coax blooms under the grow lights. My husband says its cheaper than a therapist and if mama is happy, everybody is happy! Life is good.

Other Information:
I am currently a student of infant development/ brain development/ Yorkie and Morkie dogs/ natural pesticide practices/ color balancing/ photography/ varieties of tea / low fat baking/ saving seeds/ and the list goes on. . .
