Setting my plan into ACTION

My blog is about losing those last pesky 10 lbs! I actually would be fine with my weight, but I have horrible eating habits and lots of cellulite and bulges. So in other words I'm a "fat skinny girl" if that makes sense.
I had my first baby in January 2008. I gained 60lbs and my highest weight was 187. I lost all the weight and became pregnant again, having my daugher May 2011. I gained 50lbs with her. I've lost all the weight again but I am very out of shape and have little energy. ...

I'm assuming by chaning my eating habits and working out, I will lose up to 10lbs. Maybe more???

My diet is 90% or higher in Carbs and fat, very little of it comes from protein. Also I do not focus on getting nutrients in my diet either. A regular day of eating for me is oreos for breakfast, snacking all morning, take out for lunch...you get the idea.

I'm holding myself accountable to my plan. Check in on my daily food tracker.

I fight my fear of failure daily. Fear is just an illusion, so just make a plan and set it into action. Whoo hoo!

Howdy! Read your post on Panic Button and wasn't sure you'd return to read what I posted, so I am pasting my post to you:
You have got it bad, girl! I read the responses from the two very wise folk who responded so far. The only thing I have to add is from a psychotherapist's point of view. I am also certified in substance abuse - you know, "addictions". Maybe you really do have an addiction, and maybe considering the "recovery" approach would help you. Overeaters anonymous takes the exact same approach as Alcoholics Anonymous does. Even if you don't join a physical meeting (they are held all over the western world) you could research on-line or try an on-line group. Food is a LOT more difficult an addiction to address, since you can't "give it up" entirely. For an overeater, recovery means a carefully defined "abstinence" with a lot of support. I believe Spark People has at least one Team that uses that focus. The very best of luck to you!

WOW! What a day! It is amazing how stress can throw us off track! Tomorrow will be a better day! It's the final count down....LOL I think I will blog about that! Hang in there Cherie,,, don't let those skittles get the best of you... however I think they are fat free!
