Hello everyone,

My name is Amanda. I've used Spark people before in the past but mostly only took advantage of the food tracker. In April 2012 I joined 24-Hour fitness and have become absolutely addicted to the group classes that they offer. I'm finally starting to see the results I have wanted and it's very encouraging. =)

There isn't much to say about myself. I'm from the rainy state of Washington, I'm married and I have a four year old little girl.

There isn't much to say about myself. I'm from the rainy state of Washington, I'm married and I have a four year old little girl.

When I started, or rather re-started this journey in April 2012 I weighed 317 pounds!!!! This time everything just feels so natural, and I am so thankful for the amazing staff at 24-hour fitness the great child care program that they offer, and all of the support that I have found here on Spark.

I am trying to push myself more and more but it seems when I do my knees start screaming but it will get better soon as I increase the strengthing for them its wierd to think even replacements hurt lol
