My goal is to start off by loosing 2 pounds a week and dropping 30 pounds and so on. My Over all goal is to get to a size 12-+14 . How ever many pounds that will be.
Following the food diary for calories and trying not to exceed them, and walking as well as playing more out side w/ my children.

dont get discouraged. :) keep it up. maybe when you and i get like 50 lbs down well go out and have some drinks somewhere hehe maybe get the girls together and go to a club. :) my mom brought me the biggest loser last workout dvd and i love it!! started it yesterday. :)
