My goal is to start off by loosing 2 pounds a week and dropping 30 pounds and so on. My Over all goal is to get to a size 12-+14 . How ever many pounds that will be.

The dvd is a lot of fun. It's called the last chance workout from the biggest loser. You do light weights and cardio. You burn a lot of calories. And each day you do something different according to the schedule on the dvd. I love it! When i get down another 50 we'll go out. Im hoping it's sooner then longer. hehe! i told keith i want a tattoo, my belly pierced and new clothes. hehe! i gotta hussle.
