My name is Sophia, I'm 26 and I'm a grad student living in Los Angeles. I am just starting my journey of getting healthy, losing weight and taking care of my body, although this is not my first try! The hardest thing for me right now is breaking my sugar addiction-I always want something sweet! Other than that I’m trying to exercise consistently and eat thoughtfully.
