There's a light at the end of this tunnel There's a light at the end of this tunnel for you Shining bright at the end of this tunnel for you So keep holding on Well I won't pretend to know what you're thinking And I can't begin to know what you're going through And I won't deny the pain that you're feeling But I'm gonna try and give a little hope to you Just remember what I told you There's so much you're living for You ...

My Goals:
I want to enjoy my world. I want to get down on the ground to take pictures. I want to get in and out of my car without feeling like I need a shoehorn or an oxygen tank. I want to be able to run or jump and enjoy a music concert without being winded and worn out in 2 minutes. I want to believe that a man could look twice at me because I look good and not because I'm such a disgusting cow. 10/01/06 - I want to go on the Amazing Race. I think it will take me one and a half years to get into the shape I'd like to be in. About a year to lose all the weight I want and at least six months to build the upper body strength and running stamina I want for the race. Oh, and I would need a partner. Anyone interested? hee hee, just kidding
My Program:
I try to work out regularly @ Curves. I make the healthiest choices I can for any given meal without depriving myself so much that I binge out. The economic downswing has helped out a lot because I can't afford all the dining out I was doing or all the sweets I was buying. My program, in all honesty, simply consists of consciousness. No or very little mindless eating and healthy choices at every possible turn. That is a program that I believe I can maintain for the longest-term.
