I am still actively working on my goals and have recently recommitted to dedicating more time towards taking care of myself and to losing this weight. 3/28/15 - 280.6 lbs (-2.4) 3/21/15 - 283 lbs (- 2) 3/7/15 - 285 lbs (Recommitted) 8/29/12 - 305 lbs (Starting Weight)

My Program:
I am tracking my food daily with Spark and staying between 1200 - 1500 calories a day. I am also exercising between 30 to 45 minutes, 6 days a week. This includes walking, strength training & aerobic DVDs.

Been out of the loop. Sorry for the late acknowledgement. Welcome to Living Binge Free ,where we concentrate less on losing weight and more on learning to eat regularly and moderately, including foods we like, in all situations while also learning to appreciate real hunger. It's amazing what happens when you consistently get hungry and feed yourself satisfying meals. It can take awhile to learn the balance, but it's so worth it! It becomes how you live, not how you diet. We have some active threads with real people posting real messages. Join us!
