My Goals:
One day at a time. One week at a time. One pound at a time.

My current short term goal is to get to 240 lbs before my next trip to Disney's Aulani Resort on Oahu in May 2014.

My Program:
I am tracking my food daily with Spark and staying between 1200 - 1500 calories a day. I am also exercising between 30 to 60 minutes, 6 days a week. This includes walking, strength training & aerobic DVDs.

Been out of the loop. Sorry for the late acknowledgement. Welcome to Living Binge Free ,where we concentrate less on losing weight and more on learning to eat regularly and moderately, including foods we like, in all situations while also learning to appreciate real hunger. It's amazing what happens when you consistently get hungry and feed yourself satisfying meals. It can take awhile to learn the balance, but it's so worth it! It becomes how you live, not how you diet. We have some active threads with real people posting real messages. Join us!
