I echo Marlis and encourage you to return to L4L. I post very little of my own life on Facebook because it isn't private like our team thread here.
Would a once a month post from you keep you connected or if we're lucky, once a week? I'm glad to see your new efforts to take care of yourself. I have been wrestling with 10 pounds since I slipped from my maintenance goal number.

It was so good hearing from you. Thank you for the Goodie. It would be great to have you again on the same team. I am in a lot of stress these day. Just returned from the East Coast, taking care of my grand daughters. Way behind in Christmas planning, and have my oldest son and family arrive next week to spend Christmas in Lake Tahoe with us. Very little snow so far and hoping to get more, as the kids want to ski! Going to Seattle to take care of my other grand daughters in Jan., then, hopefully, flying from there to the desert for a couple of months. Long story.....
Merry Christmas to you. I see, you are going on vacation in Jan. Where to?
