My 38th and best birthday ever, now that was FUN !!!

I love to play! I love my mountain bike, kayak, golf clubs, tennis racket, anything. I really love the sports that help me to feel like a kid again. There is something to be said about playing like children, they can just keep going (most of the time). When I am playing I feel like I'm fifteen again, I don't remember I'm 40+ until the next day. I guess I'll just deal with it then !
Better overall health/ fitness. (I don't take any medication, and I don't want to). Race my mountain bike, run a marathon and complete a triathlon someday hopefully.
Tracking with SP is my reason for success. TOPS is my accountability and Kelly my motivation. As far as exercise goes, just moving. There is no one thing I do, my job is physical, and I enjoy so many different activities.

Thanks, Kevin, for the encouraging words. I am so thankful for SP and TOPS. And am so grateful to have you as my mentor. You offered just the right kick in the pants to get me thinking and moving in the right direction. To keep me motivated after hitting a plateau over the holidays, I joined the SP Bootcamp.
