Healthy Past fifty

Over 50 and looking to maintain my health. My goal is to lose 35 lbs over the next 5-6 months. Then my goal will be to maintain. I have been working out 3 days a week, half strength training and half cardio (treadmill & stationary bike & Elliptical).

Hello... Welcome to the team.. Always have in mind you can do it.. I lost 60 in 5 months you can lose those 35 in the 5 months easy just work at it and you'll have good results.. Best Wishes & Good Luck..
