It's time to get fit. I'm learning to put myself first. Motivation is something I need...although I need to remember that if I wait for motivation, it may never happen. Just get started!

Goals: walk stairs with co-workers without getting winded; sleep regular hours; lose fat, gain muscle tone. That's enough! Implement! Readjust later if needed.
Concentrate on baby steps...master a few items before moving on. Walking every day, even if only 5'. Strength training for muscle, tone, and the ability to carry healthy groceries up my stairs. Stretch for flexibility. Yoga class every week to help take care of me! Relaxation or breathing exercise every day - to help me be calmer with myself and everyone else!
