Desperately Seeking Motivation

I originally joined SparkPeople a few years ago. I let my motivation slip away.

My weight has been up and down since then, along with my motivation.

Earlier this year I hurt my back and I've found myself unable to do my regular exercise. I'm on that slippery slope again and I'm determined not to slide all the way down.

Long Term Goals (within 10 years):

-Own a successful business doing something I love.
-Own a blue weatherboard ...

- Be physically fit - greater flexibility and stamina
- Be mentally fit - less stressed and less affected by other people's negativity
- Be Organised - LIVE in less chaos!
- Love, Happiness, Contentment, Fulfillemt

Medium Term Goals (Within 5 years):

- Have built up my business to be a small company
- Saved House deposit
- Have maintained my goal weight of 54 - 57 kg since I reached it.
- Travel overseas with my family

Short Term Goals (Within one year):

-Have a job in a Great Company, earning good money, doing something I enjoy!
-Feel valued as part of a team
-Implement systems to maintain organisation
- Reach my goal weight range of 54-57 kg

Mini Starter Goals (6 month timeframe):

- Register Business and get ABN - ACHIEVED!
- Organise 1 room per fortnight
- Begin applying for jobs, min 3 per week.
- Reach 60kg - ACHIEVED!

My Program:
I am currently using SparkPeople to track my nutrition.

Waiting on Drs approval to begin strength training again.

Currently exercise consists of walking only, though I'm thinking of taking up jogging.

Thanks for the goodie! I didn't answer your question- I live on NSW South Coast. It is lovely but I wouldn't recommend moving to the country until you are ready to retire as it can be a bit too low key!

Even though I am originally from Sydney and I do like Sydney, Melbourne is far more user-friendly. I like Canberra for the same reason. Luckily we have kids in all these cities so we don't have to be country bumpkins all the time!
