    Thanks for checking in! I've totally fallen off the food wagon. I'm covered in piles of food! Exercise was great for Jan, Feb, and March, but then two weeks in April I couldn't do anything because of a back injury. I managed to gain 7 pounds in two weeks! yikes!
    I've just started my half marathon training again. Supposed to run tonight but it's pouring out. Ugh. I hate spring training in the NW!

    Yes, I am probably going to do the Vegas one again. I just have to do the Seattle one in June first! When and where is the OC one? My husband's family lives in Riverside so we are down there a lot!
    I'm looking forward to aiming for and reaching my goals this year! I've got so much I want to accomplish, I definitely have to have a list! I'm so impressed that you've reached your goal weight! I've got a long way to go, but hopefully I'll make it this year! (or at least reach a happy weight for myself!)

    Thanks Christine! Crazy thing is, I went for a run, just planning on doing 6 miles (I was supposed to do 12 today for my training). And I just kept going...I ended up doing 8 before heading back home to pick up my head lamp and glow in the dark vest (it hadn't gotten dark!) and then I did the last 4 miles. And I felt great! It was the craziest thing! I've been having trouble just doing 4 miles lately, so it was so weird to be able to do it tonight! I did have two GUs and a coconut water, but my cold was GONE while running. I guess the cold made my sinuses run so badly that it cleared up. It's only now that I'm feeling gross again. I'm glad that I got it all out tonight, so in case I get sicker tonight at least I have that 12 miler under my belt!

    Thanks! I'll try fluctuating my calories this week to see what happens....
    Had a great race today and it didn't rain, yay!! Totally rolled my ankle during mile one but managed to finish fine. It's definitely sore tonight though. I'm going to ice it and hopefully it will be fine tomorrow. I'm a little more worried about my hip as I didn't have much time to stretch afterwards and I had to rush home, go to a Disney on Ice show (with two long car rides) and then a kid's birthday party all in a row. So my back is really sore along with my hip. I'll definitely be using the ice pack and heating pad and Advil tonight!
