My lifestyle change maintain for life!
My name is Christine and this is my journey. I am a mom to two preschoolers (17 months apart) and wife to an amazing husband. I have had to watch weight all my life spanning from 135-160 (185 while pregnant), I never let myself get too far off from my good weight but I am done fluctuating and ready to make it my lifestyle. I have run a half marathon and had 2 babies I can do anything! I actually do enjoy exercising but I do not enjoy healthy eating that much yet. update11/20 ...

I am very excited but I know today is just the begining in the adventure. I must watch myw eight now for life, always incorporate cardio and strength training. I am ready though to move into this stage and really find a good balance

My Goals:
I want to get to a fit healthy body and mind. I want to be a solid role model for my children. I aim to lose 28 lbs and keep it off! I want this to be my lifestyle so this time I am sticking to whole foods. My weigh goals: 10/01/10 143 (met 10/07 139.8) 11/01/10 135 (met 11/04 133.4) 12/01/10 130 (met 11/20 129.5) My stages: Stage 1 : get back to my comfort zone 143 ish in size 4/6 (Done! 10/07) Stage 2: Get down to my goal weight of 130 (Done 11/20) Stage 3: Tighten and tone to my liking Stage 4: Maintain FOREVER
My Program:
I aim to stay within 1200 -1550 calories a day, 25-35 fiber and moderate carbs and fat. I aim to consume 80% of my calories as whole foods and prepare my food in advance so I always have something to eat. My Typical week: Mon: 30 min eliptical and 60 min spin class Tues: Rest Wed: 30 day shred and 2-4 mile wal or jog Thurs: 30 day shred and 2-4 mile wal or jog Fri: 30 min eliptical and 60 min spin class Sat: 30 day shred and 2-4 mile wal or jog Sunday: Depends on the week.
