To get to a healthier weight so my body feels good and I'm around for my family!
In order to reach my fitness goals I have changed the way I eat as well as my activity level. I am following the principles of the Eat Clean Diet and I've gone from working out once a week to 5-6 days a week! I know I can DO THIS!
I am still being very health conscious and it's not like all (or any usually) of my calories are coming from junk food. I'm also working out pretty hard, running and lifting weights. Thanks for your supportive comment on my blog.
