My Goals:
physical fitness, health and stop shopping in the big girl stores!

My Program:
1. Exercises 45 mins/day, 6 days/week and burn a min of 300 calories/session.
2. Log everything that goes into my mouth.
3. Eat within my calorie range.
4. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSES ALLOWED!

Other Information:
I had no particular goal in mind when I started in Jan 06 but before I knew it I was motivated as the pounds were coming off. I'm hooked!
