September 2013 -

Well 2012 did not turn out to be the year I planned for. With much family loss - my program was a little de-railed. I have been trying to get back on track, off and on for the past year. Here I am - 18 lbs up from my lowest in 2012. I have decided that starting today I will set small goals taking 3 months at a time and go at this journey in phases. Here I am - 18 lbs up from my lowest in 2012. I have decided that starting today I will set small goals taking 3 months at a time and go at this journey in phases. So today, I have re-set my goals and my ticker as you can see below. My goal is to, between now and the start of 2014 get back to where I was when I fell of the tracks. This will be done by simply modifying my eating habits - and using Spark Solution to jumpstart - then incorporating that into my daily life. Here's to a fresh start to end the year right!

My Program:
Follow Spark guidelines for calorie/fat/protein intake; For winter use Wii Fit Plus; Wii Active and Active more workouts; Cardio and strength training DVD's Skiing; and treadmill or elliptical at work or gym. In better weather add outdoor activities.

It was about 4-4.5 hours there and then back. We had lunch in a quaint town. And on the way back we stopped in old stomping grounds in Fishkill NY where we used to live and saw some old friends. We got home abt 9:30 pm - leaving 8 am. (The hubby loves to drive).
