MOTIVATED TO KICK MY OWN BUTT!!!!!!

Hello,
I am a 30 year old female with a starting weight of 214.6. I was a sparkpeople member for a short time a few years ago but slowly slacked off and totally stopped....... which is what I have been doing with my weight for a numerous amount of years. I am a yo-yo... I have been up and down in weight for years and I wish that one day I can be at a healthy weight and leading a healthy lifestyle FOR GOOD!

I am a 30 year old female with a starting weight of 214.6. DISTRACTIONS
I am a mother of three +1 (my husband LOL) with a full time job. I constantly run around for basketball games, tournaments, and dance practices and am usually exhausted when I do get my me times.

DEPRESSION
I am not depressed but have had a lot a down moments since my 23 year old brother was killed in August of 2012. Since then I have gained about 30 pounds in in this short amount of time.

GOAL
My goal is to lose that 30 pounds by April AND KEEP IT OFF FOR GOOD!!! ANd then shed another 20 pounds and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Lets see how this goes SPARKPEOPLE!!! LETS GET IT

to weigh 150 pounds and maintain it forever.

Watching my calorie intake!!

1500 calories a day

Exercise 4-5 days a week

At least 800 calories burned a week

Thank you for the kind words on my page. Thankfully I am tall so my weight has more square footage to spread across!

I know you are tired and are lacking motivation tomorrow but think about where you will be six months from now if you get up and work out anyway. That is what I tell myself when I don't want to workout - that I will appreciate this moment six months from now if I just do it.
