On a Mission

IM BACK!!!!!

Well it has been months since I have been here. I started SparkPeople in January of 2011 and continued until March of 2011 and I left for a while with this busy life of mine. I lost an AMAZING 32 pounds and feel great about it!!

I am proud to say I have kept the weight off, but I still have yet to reach my healthy weight loss goal of 163 pounds, so that is why I am back. This means I have 25 pounds to go AND I AM READY!!!!

3. Exercise 5-6 times per week until I hit goal weight.

4. 1 cheat meal per week. (this helps with my temptations)

First congrats on starting a healthier lifestyle! 3 months is a long time to be consitantly and constantly working towards not only losing weight, but being healthy. I applaud you for making the decision to start and stick with it. Keep up the excellent work!!

i just read your post in the 10lbs a month message board. i cant believe you lost 18 pounds this month! just wanted to send you a very jealous CONGRATS! that is wonderful! i feel like we are both aiming for the same goals and starting at a similar spot... im not sure how you did it, but if you have ANY tips, i would love to hear them! keep up the great work. i cant wait to break the 200s.
