Ready to Win!
I have enjoyed being active my entire life and have been intrigued by nutrition since my teens. Although I feel that I've led a "healthy" lifestyle all of my adult life, I find myself over 10 pounds heavier than I would like to be. Additionally I struggle with binge eating tendencies. I am looking forward to finding and giving support in this community. It's time to defeat those long standing demons!

My Goals:
My overall goal is to overcome my destructive eating habits and replace them with a balanced lifestyle that values fitness and good nutrition. Through this process I am looking to shed 11 pounds!
My Program:
I am following the "Eat Clean" principles from Tosca Reno's book on the topic. I am strength training two days a week, performing two moderately intense cardio sessions as well as two more intense sessions and rounding it off with one yoga class.

I love getting to know SP members of all ages, challenges, backgrounds and goals. I'd love to hear your story and share my journey with you.
