I PLAN TO LOOSE A TOTAL OF 159 LBS. I PLAN TO TAKE IT ONE DAY AT A TIME. EVERY TIME I LOOSE AT LEAST 12 LBS I AM GOING TO BRING MY CHILDREN OUT TO THE PARK OR ANY WHERES ELSE THEY WANT TO CELEBRATE SEEING AS HOW THEY ARE THE REASON FOR ME TO LOOSE WEIGHT
I am cutting out cokes, pizza, and fried foods from my diet.
I am doing 60 min cardio exercise 7 times a week. which includes walking.
I am doing strenthing exercises 4 times a week. they include crunches, modified push ups, and leg raises.
The January Challenge is about kicking off the New Year on track to accomplishing your goals. As everyone knows, exercising is critical to losing weight and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, so this month our challenge will focus on exercise. Your goal is to exercise at least 15 minutes per day - this includes aerobic activities and weight lifting.
Challenge Points Give yourself 5 points for every day that you exercise each week. (7 days X 5 points = 35 points)
Give yourself 1 point for every 15 minutes of exercise you do each day. (30 minutes per day X 1 point per 15 minutes = 2 points. 2 points X 7 days = 14 points)
Total for the week = 35 + 14= 49 points
Report your weekly totals on Monday of each week so we can declare a weekly and monthly winner.
Hey! Saw you joined the 4th of July group, having kids to motivate you is great. I am loosing for the same reason, but for my grandkids! I don't post alot but I'm around if you need me. Keep up the good work. The best advice I can give you is to talk to as many positive people as you can. Good Luck!
