I PLAN TO LOOSE A TOTAL OF 159 LBS. I PLAN TO TAKE IT ONE DAY AT A TIME. EVERY TIME I LOOSE AT LEAST 12 LBS I AM GOING TO BRING MY CHILDREN OUT TO THE PARK OR ANY WHERES ELSE THEY WANT TO CELEBRATE SEEING AS HOW THEY ARE THE REASON FOR ME TO LOOSE WEIGHT
I am cutting out cokes, pizza, and fried foods from my diet.
I am doing 60 min cardio exercise 7 times a week. which includes walking.
I am doing strenthing exercises 4 times a week. they include crunches, modified push ups, and leg raises.

Happy Birthday Deidre on the 18th. Mine is on the 19th and I'm also the mother of twins, boys, but they're 38 years old. How time flies. Your children are beautiful and I can understand why you want to get as healthy as you can so you can keep up with them and watch them grow. Good luck to you in all that you do.
