Well I'm back after 2 years. Going to try to focus on making the right food choices for a better body image! ~ 9/27/13

I'm doing a low carb, high fat, moderate protein daily intake of food. Am tracking my food (the good & bad) daily. The pounds are coming off & my body mass is shrinking! I feel better mentally & physically!

4/1/14 ~ Feeling better, happier each day. My friends are overjoyed to see this new positive person slowly emerging!

6/13/14 ~ Love how I am feeling. Enjoying life and laughing more. Weight loss (57 lbs gone) is really noticeable now. People who know me when I was heavier~ now don't recognize me unless they take a 2nd look.

7/4/14 ~ Maintaining my current weight loss & enjoying the summer. Swimming in the lake and being outdoors.

7/25/15 ~ Back again and working thru issues

2/1/16 - Starting again after getting rid of a blah relationship

    Go figure - smart solution. So glad you are ok though. I used to live in Siberia for about 10 years when I was young. Remember frozen car and a lighter to unfreeze the lock and get in to the car. Cold, very cold but nothing compare to storms you get. Will pray for your safety. I am on short "weekends" with some work from home - my normal work night shifts Th-Sat. Trying to catch up on sleep, errands, cooking and recover my knee that probably may take couple more months. emoticon

    Hi emoticon . These are super - easy and really fun! I use Nutribullet a lot. You can be super creative in what you use and what you put in! You can use a food processor with same success! Green: any green mix. Spinach is best cooked for sides. I use just mix of greens + 1/2 apple+ lemon juice as much as you like + 1/2 avocado + water + stevia - make it consistency and taste that you like. You can put a slice of fruit in a middle - it' nice surprise you will find when you dig in to it! The rest is easy - pure in and freeze! It's my "comfort food" now just because it looks like ice cream and you can't eat it fast:) You can get fancy with these if you pure some coconut milk with some nuts and freeze it first. Add everything else next day - you will have really fancy "ice cream on a stick" :) Berries - same principle don;t forget to add water and some avocado - Avocado is very important to make that perfect smooth consistency. You can make layers if you willing to wait couple of days to enjoy ( especially now with the working heater!) Let me know if it makes sense or my RushEnglish is too confusing:)) LOL Oh let it freeze well. For at least 24-48 hours. And take out carefully with slow vibes. emoticon

    I started 256 on 01/04/16 now - 239.8 with knee surgery and almost no exercise due to injury. First walk to the store today:)) Paleo WITH portion control works!!!! emoticon emoticon
