Journey to personal satisfaction

I started this spark page almost 5 years ago and my weight has gone down and then back up. I don't want to spend the rest of my life fighting so hard. I'm tired of hiding in the background of pictures so I can hide the fat. Here is what I do and do not want my life to look like.
1. I don't want to deprive myself of things I want.
2. I want to walk up the stairs without getting winded.
3. I want be physically active.
4. I don't want to be a runner.
5. I don't want ...

5. I don't want to worry that I can't do something because of my weight.
6. I want to make my own decisions about what is healthy. I define what my body needs.
(I hold the right to add or subtract to this list at any time.)

Additionally, I want to feel better about who I am. I want to overcome anxiety, see the person other people see, and feel better about who I am.

End All Be All Goals:
1. Buy/Make clothes without being limited by the size.
2. Sign up for an athletic event without feeling stressed about not finishing.
3. Have the confidence to say "Damn I look good."

My Program:
My program mostly consists of tracking what I eat and working out. I love to swim and find it therapeutic. I will walk, hitting 10,00 steps at least two times a week. I know that I need to learn to listen to my body, when I'm full I need to learn to stop.

Other Information:

I am so DONE being the Fat Girl!

Mar: log some part of food everyday. Met

Apr: Eat 5 servings of fruits/ vegetables everyday. Not Met

May: Be active at least 3 days a week. MET

June: Pay 1 dollar for every workout. MET

July: Log at least 80 miles of walk/running.
