I found out in December 2010 that I am pre-diabetic. Since then I have lost 20 pounds. I am well on my way but am still far from perfect.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose another 55 pounds to reach my goal weight of 170.
My Program:
I am on a 1500 calorie per day diet. I just started adding more exercise by taking an aerobics class two days a week.
