My nutrition plan is based on the book "Eat to Live" by Dr. Joel Fuhrman. I started this plan on January 9th and have increased my energy and lost weight consistently since being on the plan (25 lbs down in 3 mos). I love this plan and can envision eating this way for the rest of my life! There is a Spark team that you can check out if you too are interested. My exercise plan varies. Currently, I am using the SP 5k Walk/Jog training plan, getting ready for my first 5k on May 5th. I've completed 4 weeks of training as of the time of this update and am so excited to see so much improvement in this time. You start out walking for 4 minutes, then jogging for 1, walk for 4 again, jog for 1, etc. As the weeks progress, the walk times are shortened and the jogs are lenghthened. I was struggling with the one minute mark that first week, now at week 4, I can jog continuously for 2.5 minutes! This amazes me--I didn't think I could ever "run" and now I can envision it. Love that!
