My Goals:
My goal is not only to weigh less, but to eat healthier. More fresh fruits & vegetables. Less salt, less processed food and less sugar/substitute. Less animal product/ byproduct. Less TV, more activity.

My Program:
I cycle, jog, walk, hike and lift weights. I perform a three day juice fast once per month. I try and eat healthy with portion control.

I completed my eighth juice fast. This time it was my longest, seven days. I lost 8.5 pounds. I am two pounds from my goal weight. I want to maintain my weight by watching what I eat and exercise more often. I will see if I can stay at this weight for a spell before considering losing another ten pounds. emoticon

I have lost 31 pounds and I have 11 to go. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. emoticon

Still walking, now up to 60 minutes. I will start to increase my pace and incline next week. I feel great. emoticon

I started walking again, yesterday. Thirty-five minutes. I have not walked for exercise in a long time. Feels great to be back at it.

Welcome to the Walking, Walking, Walking team. This team is mostly about walking for health. I'm glad you are a member of several health specific teams to help you in any problem areas.

I hope you join any/all the threads that interest you.

There is a walking thread in the challenge section as well as a few games etc. in other sections.

I am the leader, but don't do much leading...we kind of lead each other. You are welcome to start threads etc. :)
