My goal is not only to weigh less, but to eat healthier. More fresh fruits & vegetables. Less salt, less processed food and less sugar/substitute. Less animal product/ byproduct. Less TV, more activity.
I cycle, jog, walk, hike and lift weights. I perform a three day juice fast once per month. I try and eat healthy with portion control.

I completed my eighth juice fast. This time it was my longest, seven days. I lost 8.5 pounds. I am two pounds from my goal weight. I want to maintain my weight by watching what I eat and exercise more often. I will see if I can stay at this weight for a spell before considering losing another ten pounds.
