So true, getting back up is the ONLY way!! My week was pretty good. I wish I could of got to the gym a bit more though. Thanks much on the congrats about my lbs. loss.. I see your ticker went to the right this week too so congrats right back at ya!! I turn 27 in about a week and a half and one of my mini goals was to be down in the 240's by my birthday so Im super stoked. I'm really going to step it up at the gym this coming week to ensure I keep on track for my goal.

It's a nice sunny 70 degrees in Salt Lake City today. You're in DC right? I've always wanted to go there. I hope your having the same type weather and you're having a great weekend so far!

Aw thanks for the compliment! For my work out routine I go to the gym 2-4 times a week. (depending if I can go when the daycare is open) I either walk or do the eliptical for 30-40 mins. and after that I alternate days between doing weights or abs. I try to do pilates 3-5 times a week. One of my goals is to start doing pilates everyday. I love it! For the past 2 weeks I've tried 1 class at the gym a week too. They kill me, but I still leave energized and feeling that much better about myself!

I read your status about the 30 day shred, how did day 1 go? I love Jillian! I tried the shred last year but only got to level 1. I remember liking because it made me feel like I got a great workout, it was super challenging. I think my problem was I got so sore I just took a break from it and didn't go back to it. Now that I'm working out regularly again I really stretch properly (pilates helps with that a ton!) and I pace myself. I figure If I'm sweating I'm making progress!!
