Hi Stefan, du die Kalorien beim laufen sind bestimmt nur so ungefaehr. Auf der SP fitness Seite kann man sich die Info holen. Ausserdem laufe ich mit Pedometer (hihi, heisst auf deutsch 'Schrittmesser'... witzig...), da kann ich meine Schrittlaenge und auch mein Gewicht einstellen und das mit den Kalorien stimmt mit den SP Angaben ganz gut ueberein. Ist ja auch nur zum Spass. Ich will mich einfach nur dazu zwingen jeden Tag mindestens 30 Minuten geziehlt zu gehen. (Laufen ist wohl schwaebisch, denn joggen tu ich nicht...)

Hello Stefan! I just saw your intro on Dealing with Depression. I just started Spark yesterday but I've been on here before and the people in that team are really supportive. Feel free to post anytime you need some support. I also wanted to let you know that I just graduated from University and that's where my depression really kicked in. I changed so much in my four years in college, and not in a good way. I don't know the services they offer in schools in Europe, but one of the most helpful ways for me to get through the stress of college was to talk to a counselor. I know most schools in the US offer free counseling services to students. It's worthwhile to check out. I know lots of times there's always a stigma going along with talking to a counselor, but they really can be helpful. They'll help you identify what could be causing you stress and give you ideas on how to deal with it. They could also give you a place to talk about your lost relationship. Just a thought. I know that I wouldn't have been able to get through school without it. Good luck!
