I Am Ready to Get Back into Training

I'm a 42 year old mother of two and a grandmother of a two year. I am tired of feeling tired all the time and I want to be able to be active with my grandson. I joined this site to get movitation from others who have the same problem as me. I need that extra push to exercise and to eat right.

Thanks for the goodie! We both have the same goal, 170 lbs, Let's reach our goal together. Today, I started logging my food again on the nutrition page to keep me aware of those hidden calories and fat grams. We can do this!!
