I walk for health, stress relief and to keep my weight down.....lost 70 pounds 20 years ago and I don't want them back. Would like to add a few minutes of jogging in my walk time......a goal.
Realizing that gluten is a problem for me so I'm living to the best of my ability as I learn about gluten to not eat it....amazing but I already am not fatigued in the afternoon. That is a biggie!
I live in Wisconsin so winter is a hassle for exercising so when the roads are slick etc I do video routines and treadmill away the miles!

My hubby and I love to motorcycle. we have a 03 Kawasaki and a 06 Yamaha. Love to ride! He drives.
