Hey there. I saw your comment on BEANCANNON's page and I just wanted to encourage you. I am thinking about starting the candida diet but not sure if I can yet since I am nursing a 2 month old. But my friends Mike and Christine have been doing it for 19 months now and I hardly recognized them. Lots of weight loss, better skin, gastrointestinal problems totally gone, rashes gone, hair and nails healthier, lots of headaches, migraines and sinus issues totally gone... you name it, it's changed. I am so excited for them. They believe they may do it another year or two and they say that your taste buds change and after a while you don't crave the old foods and you are actually repulsed by sugar and unhealthy stuff - and yes, you do experience some discomfort on some days from the die-off, but it's so worth it. They also said they feel better and better on a consistant basis and that it truly does get better over time. So - hope that is encouraging to both you and your friend who wants to quit - in the end the benefits come out the strong winner!
Hello and welcome to Done. I've been around there awhile and the ladies(and guys, at least was a few around when I first joined) are very nice and inviting. :) You will love it there.
I see you are also on the calling all vegetarians team. :) I'm trying to get 100% vegetarian yet. Then contemplating vegan with a huge percentage of it raw. I think to start I will have 80% raw fasts or something. I had a couple weeks were I was about there but living with an omni and its a struggle. 2386 days ago
