Ready to Fly
I've been trying to do this alone for years. I'm over it.
I've always felt like the Wicked Witch; everyone's afraid of her, yet no one takes a minute to get to know who she truly is.
I've embraced my greenness.

My Program:
1) Eat healthy meals, but leave room for the occasional indulgence
2) Alternate cardio with weight training 5-6 days a week
3) Reserve on day a week for meditation and yoga
Personal Information:
I'm originally from Easthampton Massachusetts, but went to school for four years at Assumption College in Worcester. It's my favorite place on the planet; the place where I met my best friends, my husband, and became who I was truly meant to be.
I enjoy good food, good wine, and the good life. I love my friends and family, I enjoy literature, music, theater, philosophy, chocolate, foreign languages, good movies, and good conversation. You're more likely to find me laughing than doing anything.
I recently moved to Gardner and I work for a church near Boston. I am still working on my Master's degree from Westfield State University.
