I eat out of boredom. Eat when I am stressed. And yes when I am emotional also. emoticon

You sound like you are doing emotional eating. Read the book "SHRINK YOURSELF" by ROGER GOULD, M.D. on how to avoid doing that. It is wonderful that you lost 90#, but only 5% of people keep the weight off, so DON'T QUIT. emoticon
