My ultimate goal is to be of a "normal" size. I was there once but it's been a long time. I know I can get there again. I'd like to get back on a horse.
My other goal is to be able to show Morgan myself, which means increasing my activity and stamina.
What I'm doing to begin with is track what I eat. Try to do some type of exercise each day whether it's cardio, strength or stretching or a combination and slowly build my stamina
My name is Cher. I moved to Fl. in 2004 and I moved back here to New England in Sept. 2011. I have a housefull of critters who bring me much joy, three grown daughters, grandchildren and a husband of 30 years.
Thank you for the kind words. I actually feel at peace already. She was always my favorite grandparent, and I broke down crying and was talking to 'her' and my 'grandpa' (or an empty room, as others would call it) and I suddenly had this calmness rush over me and I could smell this smell that I've always associated with her, and have never been able to recreate. I'm a psychology student so normally I would say it was just a nice thought but realistically all in my head, but not this. I sniffed the air several times in disbelief. Some other things happened that couldve just been wishful thinking but not this. I feel very at peace now and I know she's happy to be back with my grandpa again.
