This journey has long curving roads and hills that may seems as if they go on forever, but once you get on it your always going to be ahead of those that start after you. Along the road there are haters and nay sayers that want to keep you the way they feel comfortable with. You just keep on keeping on. At first you won't notice much but as the days go by you'll start to see that your moving faster and with more ease. Inside that body things are going to be saying hey I feel good. So you keep fighting the good fight and make sure you do something for you each day. If you eat outside of your goal, do something that will get you fit. I cut the grass or garden. When there is time I make sure I get on my treadmill. So small changes make a big difference. Also, I'm not sure how soon you had your surgery, but when you get strong, invest in a kettlebell. The seven pound one is a good starter one. In 20 minutes you can burn over 400 calories.
