Oh - I need to become serious about this weight loss. I try and I stop - A little success but then I fall back into the old routine.

Now - for medical reason I can not go on long walks and over do things physically. So - I need to try and find things I can do and at least add that into my daily life.

Figure I am going to start off with learning to eat a balanced diet and then move on from there. I know that forbidding myself from eating certain food only makes me want to eat it more. So i need to find ways to eat food I enjoy but healthier.

As I write this I am not super enthusiastic about this - But I need to.....I need to find the enthusiasm along the way.

My Goals:
My main goal is to lose 100lbs. I know this will not make me skinny - But I am not sure I want to be skinny. I need to be healthier - And this is a big goal in itself. After obtaining this weight and maintaining it, I will revisit to see if I want to lose more weight.


My Program:
Start making changes to live healthier.

And then make some more changes that are healthy

And so on!!!



Personal Information:
I am from the Beautiful Pacific Northwest!!! I can see the majestic Cascade Mountains and am within driving distance from the Pudget Sound and Pacific Ocean. All of these I need/want to enjoy much more than I am now.

    This journey has long curving roads and hills that may seems as if they go on forever, but once you get on it your always going to be ahead of those that start after you. Along the road there are haters and nay sayers that want to keep you the way they feel comfortable with. You just keep on keeping on. At first you won't notice much but as the days go by you'll start to see that your moving faster and with more ease. Inside that body things are going to be saying hey I feel good. So you keep fighting the good fight and make sure you do something for you each day. If you eat outside of your goal, do something that will get you fit. I cut the grass or garden. When there is time I make sure I get on my treadmill. So small changes make a big difference. Also, I'm not sure how soon you had your surgery, but when you get strong, invest in a kettlebell. The seven pound one is a good starter one. In 20 minutes you can burn over 400 calories.
