My Goals:
I want to get back to my comfortable size/weight.

I want to leave back problems behind and being able to hike, dance and exercise.

I need to stick with pilates/yoga routine - it does help with my back pain.

I want to be able to deal with my cravings in a reasonable manner - running the red light once doesn't mean I have to make it a habit.

My Program:
1. Portion control!

2. Food journaling even when I break the rules and go over the limit!

3. Exercise - it makes me feel better.

I'll be more specific once I establish the routine.
