A new year, A new me.

I am a 37 yo. SAHM of 4 kids. When I was younger I could eat pretty much anything I wanted but I have realized that is not the case anymore. The pounds have crept on over the years and somewhere in them I feel that I've lost myself. A few years ago I finally stepped on the scale & cried when I saw "150". I found spark and I lost 15 pounds but slacked off, went back to my old habbits and gained all but 2 pounds back. I think a lot of times I set myself up to fail...trying to be too strict or ...

I think a lot of times I set myself up to fail...trying to be too strict or having an all or nothing attitude. I'm trying to change that.


I'm always happy to have new friends to offer support to or lean on when I need some so feel free to friend me if you like.

Learn to like Exercise
Learn to like more fruits & veggies


Starting weight: 148.4
Goal weight: 125
February 1st goal 144 lb
March 1st goal 140 lb
March 29th goal 136 lb
April 26th goal 132 lb
May 24th goal 128 lb
June 13th goal 125 lb

Reward: Feeling great & knowing I did it!!

My Goals:
My goal is to loose a total 23 pounds, get rid of all the flab & feel good about my body again...and to fit back in my favorite clothes.

My Program:
I have convinced myself that I don't like exercise but the funny thing is that after I'm done I feel so good, I know I like it - It's just finding the motivation most days. Thankfully there is lots of that here. I'm starting out small and seeing where it leads me - 10 minutes of exercise a day.

Personal Information:
I live in N.E. PA. and am a mother of 4. I love to read, cook, garden, make jewelry and candles.
