Hey everyone! Had three kids in the span of seven years and now that we're done having children..it's time to get this weight off for good!! Had our little boy on 6/6/10 to complete our family. I have to lose 80 lbs, and while the task seems daunting now you have to take one step in order to make it happen...and these are my final steps to having the body I remember and love!! :) I'm always looking for inspirational people to help push me along the way so thanks for stopping by! :)

My Goals:
Goal #1: To do cardio 3-5X per week.

Goal #2: To run a 5k race sometime in 2011 after my knee surgery (torn ACL's on both knees!)

Goal #3: To look awfully hot in my swimsuit while on vacation in 2011.

My Program:
Cardio 3-5x per week.

Strength training every other day.

Treadclimber....it's my friend!

Other Information:
My favorite things include my God, my Husband, my children, my family, Nursing, running, and CHOCOLATE! Whoops :D.

Thanks for the advice. I stopped drinking soda about 2 weeks ago, and I think that was a big factor in why I lost weight. I was probably retaining water. I'm definately going to tell my doctor when I have my first appt, but hopefully everything is fine.

I will definately use your suggestions. I am going to ask my doctor if I can meet with a dietition so that I can make sure that I am eating properly. Not only do I want to eat well for the pregnancy...but so I can lose weight afterwards. emoticon If I'm losing water weight, then that is fine with me because then I hopefully won't go over the 200# mark with the pregnancy weight gain.

Hey! Well glad to hear you're doing ok. And sometimes it stinks to have to put yourself aside while you take care of someone else, but it's not always something you can control. Just stay strong and motivated, and you'll catch back up and do great when you get a chance to come back. Sorry to hear about your father in laws heart attack and I hope that things go better for you and your family.
