Hey everyone! Had three kids in the span of seven years and now that we're done having children..it's time to get this weight off for good!! Had our little boy on 6/6/10 to complete our family. I have to lose 80 lbs, and while the task seems daunting now you have to take one step in order to make it happen...and these are my final steps to having the body I remember and love!! :) I'm always looking for inspirational people to help push me along the way so thanks for stopping by! :)

My Goals:
Goal #1: To do cardio 3-5X per week.

Goal #2: To run a 5k race sometime in 2011 after my knee surgery (torn ACL's on both knees!)

Goal #3: To look awfully hot in my swimsuit while on vacation in 2011.

My Program:
Cardio 3-5x per week.

Strength training every other day.

Treadclimber....it's my friend!

Other Information:
My favorite things include my God, my Husband, my children, my family, Nursing, running, and CHOCOLATE! Whoops :D.

Hi, thanks for the nice and supportive comment! Exercising really is the best way to lift my mood right now, so I'm trying to throw myself into it. I wish the break up hadn't happened, but maybe I'll come out of it looking amazing, at least. Good luck on your own goals!

Hi friend! yeah, my husband called me fat after I told him a couple of mean things, he knows that's a weak point. I'm at 152 now, and it's really bad now with the holidays to keep track of evetyhing but I want to try to lose 10 pounds from now till the end of Feb. Last year I lost 2 pounds in Dec!!! My husband has always been supportive, but you know how guys are, like your husband did getting you a personal trainer for mother's day without asking you first! I would've been so embarrased! a year ago my husband wanted to go to burger king and he was like I'll get a whopper and you get a salad...I was sooooo pissed!!! aren't they lovely!? Add me to your friends,maybe we can exchange tips and advice on this battle of losing weight! good luck!
