I loved your reminder to ID_Vandal to take the weight loss 5 pounds at a time. I actually started doing this in January and it's made all the difference in the world. In fact, my goal for April was 155 and I made 154.5 this MORNING! So I feel good I've already made my 5-pound April goal. Not that I'll slack the rest of the month...I need to get a jump on May's goal!
