Being Fit and healthy is more than a number on a scale to me. It represents everything that I want out of life. I don't want anything to hold me back from the call that God has placed on my life. I am 46 years old and I have huge Goals to accomplish. I have set aside some disruptive habits and am now very serious about accomplishing this very close and personal goal. Life has so much for each of us.

Personal Information:
I am a 46 years old and happily married to the Love of my Life.
I have 4 children... Who I absolutely adore. All of my children still live at home (I love it) and the ages are 23, 22, 19 and 12. It helps them as they prepare for life.
