My goals are to lose weight and to learn to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I have had 6 children. My youngest son, 16 month old Logan, passed away on May 31, 2011. I know that he would want me to continue my journey, along with the rest of my children, to become a healthier person and mother. I want to be able to do more things with them and play out in the yard more. I want to change my lifestyle and be a better person for me and my kids. I am trying to overcome the loss of my son, many health issues, and weight loss all at once. I know that I can do this. I am a strong woman and very determined. I am a vegetarian that also eats fish & eggs. I am lactose intolerant...so no milk products. Lol. I have a very stressful life & really need motivational friends. Someone to keep me on track & positive. I am a positive person with others & always help other people. But when it comes to myself, I often am neglectful. Everyone else comes first. :( And I know that needs to change, I just don''t know where to start. Please help me!!

    Hello. I am always late replying smh I don't know how to leave a comment via phone app only when I sign in on my computer. I hope you are well and have a speedy recovery. I am a 100 day workout challenge. I cannot workout as I want to because I am recovering a badly broken ankle. So I can't jog, run or squat. I am trying to walk for an hour and do arm, stomach, butt and legs exercise. CONGRATS, ON YOUR WEIGHT LOST!! I see you are really achieving well on your tracker.
